Our Oil tanker vessels specifically designed to transport crude oil from production sites to refineries and distribution centers. our vessels vary in size, with Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) being among the largest, capable of carrying up to 320,000 deadweight tons (DWT). They are typically used for long-haul routes, while Suezmax tankers, designed to transit the Suez Canal, offer a capacity of around 120,000 to 200,000 DWT. Aframax tankers, smaller than VLCCs, are commonly used for regional transportation, particularly in areas with port limitations.
Chemical tankers, on the other hand, are specialized vessels designed to transport various liquid chemicals, including hazardous materials like acids and solvents. These tankers feature multiple segregated tanks to prevent contamination between different cargoes, along with heating systems for maintaining optimal temperatures during transit. Compliance with strict safety regulations is essential for managing the risks associated with transporting hazardous materials.
Product tankers serve a crucial role in the distribution of refined petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. They typically have multiple cargo tanks that enable them to carry different types of fuels simultaneously. Designed for short to medium-haul voyages, product tankers ensure quick delivery to ports and terminals.
Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units (FPSOs) combine oil production, storage, and offloading capabilities, making them invaluable in offshore oil fields where traditional pipelines may not be feasible. Equipped with processing facilities, FPSOs can separate oil, gas, and water onboard, storing large quantities of crude oil until it is offloaded to tankers for transportation to shore. Their mobility allows them to be repositioned as oil fields develop.
Vessel Types
Oil Tankers
Large vessels designed specifically for transporting crude oil and refined petroleum products.
Chemical Tankers
Vessels designed to carry a variety of liquid chemicals, including those that may be hazardous.
FPSOs (Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units)
Floating vessels that are used for the processing and storage of oil and gas.
FSUs (Floating Storage Units)
Similar to FPSOs but without processing capabilities, FSUs are used solely for the storage of oil and gas before it is transported to shore.
LNG Carriers
Specialized vessels designed to transport liquefied natural gas (LNG) at extremely low temperatures.
Barges
Flat-bottomed vessels used for transporting oil and other products along inland waterways and coastal areas.
